The GDPR is the European Union’s new data privacy law. It also affects how companies process personal data of their customers, suppliers, service provider or any other business partners.
Data security and the protection of your personal data is as important to us as a trustful and long-term cooperation. We use your personal data to process your requests and business related matters. Thus, according to Art.13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are obliged to inform you about the processing of your personal data. We only process that data that is necessary for the specific purpose and that you have provided. This includes contact details such as your first name and surname, business phone number and business email address.
Your data is required and will be processed for the performance of the contract. The legal basis for processing your data is GDPR Art. 6 (1). We make sure that the local retention periods are applied and that we have the proper documentation.
Your data is only accessible to those individuals in our company who are entrusted with the process. However, it cannot be excluded that for example, IT service providers can access the data during maintenance operations. In any case your data is protected by various technical and organisational measures.
Among others, order processing agreements with our service providers are in place.
Your data will be stored as long as you are an active customer, supplier, service provider or other business partner with us. After this time, your data will be deleted as long as the deletion is not subject to legal retention periods.
